摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称“慢阻肺”)多对应“肺胀”“喘证”等中医病名。中医学认为本病病位初期在肺,久则传肾,慢阻肺稳定期与肺肾脏腑功能失调密切相关。现代研究发现,在肺肾相关理论指导下对慢阻肺稳定期进行治疗能提高患者机体正气,延缓慢阻肺的进程,对改善稳定期症状及阻断相应发病机制的过程有积极影响。基于肺肾相关理论,本文梳理了中西医肺肾相关的认识与肺肾相关理论治疗慢阻肺稳定期的研究进展,认为该理论对调节免疫功能、减轻体内炎症因子反应、稳定气道结构有一定的积极作用。

Abstract
