摘要

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤合越鞠丸加减治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛合并焦虑临床疗效。方法将84例气滞血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛伴焦虑患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。2组同时给予冠心病西医基础治疗,观察组予血府逐瘀汤合越鞠丸加减治疗,对照组给予西药劳拉西泮口服,比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分疗效。结果治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛及心电图疗效均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAQ各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HAMA评分总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤合越鞠丸加减治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛合并焦虑,可提高患者心绞痛及心电图疗效,提高生存质量,改善焦虑状态及中医证候。
