<,正,>,喉乳头状瘤病（laryngeal papilloma,LP）又称复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病（recurrent respiratory papillomatosis,RRP）,是由人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染引起的喉部最常见的良性上皮性肿瘤。主要感染途径为患儿于母亲产道内吸入HPV颗粒,多发于14岁以下儿童,以6岁以下儿童为主[1],称为幼年型RRP（JORRP）。多数LP呈侵袭性病变,[2],易阻塞气道,西医治疗以手术为主
