摘要

中医药在银屑病治疗中发挥着重要作用,具有独特优势。近年来,医家在传统"从血论治"辨证体系上进行拓展延伸,提出从玄府、微观、毒、六淫外邪致病等多种辨证论治理论,并通过开展大量基础和临床研究,采用代谢组学和集对分析等新技术对银屑病的中医证候本质、治疗机制、治疗新方法等进行深入探索。从辨证论治理论、治疗机制、临床应用和诊疗新技术4个方面对中医治疗银屑病研究现状进行总结归纳,供同道参考。
