摘要

回顾近15年银屑病中医辨证研究文献,发现"从血论治"银屑病已经成为行业共识。对"血"的内涵的研究近况、对"血的异常"成因的探索、对"血的异常"伴随状况的认识,是"从血论治"银屑病辨证体系有待解决的问题。基于对文献的评析,提出在未来的银屑病中医辨证研究中应以局部皮损辨证为核心,同时包括整体辨证与皮损辨证两方面,并根据疾病状态选择恰当的辨证体系。
