摘要

拔罐疗法,古称"角法",历史悠久,世代皆有发挥,广泛应用于临床各科疾病的治疗,尤以近三百年来,临床应用最为显著。近年来,逐渐施治于皮科顽疾之银屑病的治疗,有走罐、刺络拔罐、针-罐结合、药-罐结合等各种施治方式,均取得了较好的疗效。因此,也促使诸多学者开展对这一传统中医外治疗法治疗银屑病的临床疗效与机理探究,使其更为规范、安全。从拔罐疗法的基本机理、治疗银屑病的机制、临床应用研究等方面进行综述。
