摘要

慢性咽炎是耳鼻喉科临床常见病,发病率高、复发率高,属中医学"喉痹"范畴。病因病机与外邪侵袭、阴虚、阳虚、热盛、痰瘀等有关。李淑良教授认为风邪为患是喉痹的主要外因,脾胃虚弱是其重要内因,治疗时在辨证论治的基础上加以散风邪、健脾胃,临床取得良好的疗效。
