摘要

王京奇老师擅长中医药治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病,提出脾虚气弱是发病的根本原因,尤重健脾益气,贯穿治疗始终。根据症状表现和病机演变规律,提出分期论治。初期肝脏炎症损伤尚不严重,多见脾虚气弱、痰浊瘀阻证,治以健脾益气、化痰祛瘀为法;中期随着肝脏炎症不断加重,以气阴两虚、湿热毒结证为主,治以益气养阴、清热解毒祛湿;后期病由脾及肾,正气大伤,邪势未衰,正虚邪恋,多见脾肾阳虚、痰湿停聚证,以温补脾肾、燥湿化痰为治则。
