摘要

儿童代谢综合征增加了成年后患心脑血管等疾病风险,故防治尤为重要。从发病过程分析,现代医学的代谢综合征相当于中医学的脾瘅。从儿童体质分析脾瘅的病因病机为先天痰湿与后天饮食失调、运动不足、情志不畅、外湿困脾,从形盛和气虚角度着手,以运脾化湿、祛痰降浊为基本治则,未病先防、既病防变,综合防治儿童脾瘅,临床收效显著。
