女性更年期综合征发生在妇女绝经前后,主要由于女性在此时期肾精和肾气渐而衰竭,阴阳失衡,营卫不和,气血津液代谢障碍,进而出现一系列脏腑功能失调的证候。"和法"作为中医的治疗大法,古今医家广泛应用及发展,基于女性更年期综合征"不和"的病机,临床以"和"为治则,调和脏腑阴阳,以期阴平阳秘。
