摘要

糖尿病性勃起功能障碍是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,本病属于中医"消渴"合并"阳痿"的范畴,从消渴合并阳痿的中医病机阐述与络病关系,提出治疗当以活血通络为基本治法,联合温肾、益气、疏肝、健脾等治法,兼顾治本与治标,同时处理好清热与补虚、清热与活血的关系,治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍可取得一定疗效。
