摘要

回归伤寒原文,重析抵当汤病脉证治。从伤寒论257条辨抵当汤之治,论抵当汤之"可下",兼议伤寒论下法的内涵;从124、125条及《金匮要略·妇人杂病脉证并治第二十二》辨抵当汤之证,论抵当汤之"下血"及辨证要点,兼议伤寒论之小便自利;结合现代临床理解抵当汤之病,总结其治疗要点。可知抵当汤为逐瘀攻下的代表方,核心病机为瘀热,可用于阳明证血瘀喜忘、阳明病热入血分、太阳蓄血、妇人经水不利及男子膀胱满急,表现为小便自利、大便硬而色黑、或大便硬而反易、少腹硬满、发狂等,现代临床常用于盆腔炎和瘀血发热的治疗。
