摘要

糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(DIED)是勃起功能障碍(ED)常见的类型,5型磷酸二酯酶(PDE5)抑制剂是现代医学的一线治疗药物,虽然临床疗效满意,但过于重视局部病变而忽视整体,整体效果欠佳。李海松教授认为DIED的核心病机是瘀血内阻、脏腑失调,提出衷中参西、身心同治的理念,主张中西医并用,采用对因治疗、对证治疗、身心同治等论治DIED,取得了满意的临床疗效。

Abstract
