摘要

王少杰教授认为高尿酸血症为本虚标实之证,脾肾亏虚为病之根本,而湿毒、痰浊、瘀血既是代谢产物又是致病因素。在治疗上依据引痰出络的指导思想从三方面论治,急性期清热利湿引浊减轻疼痛;慢性期养肝健脾、温肾利湿引浊,促进浊邪从二便排泄,同时活血化瘀贯穿始终;恢复期补肾温阳减少复发。依据性激素六项检查中的雌激素、雄激素比例,创平衡阴阳法,结合生活方式干预治疗高尿酸血症。
