摘要

心力衰竭(HF)是所有心血管疾病的终末阶段,西医治疗过程中需要使用利尿剂控制体液潴留,减轻心脏负荷。利尿剂作为容量超负荷HF的最根本治疗,在使用过程中可能会出现合并利尿剂抵抗的(DR)现象,成为利尿剂使用时影响疗效的关键问题。西医常采取联合应用利尿剂、加用新型利尿剂、使用糖皮质激素和超滤等措施。中医学认为,人体是一个有机整体,心衰不仅关乎心这一脏,应是多脏腑相互关联、影响的结果。本文从五脏辨证的角度阐述中医对HF合并DR的认识和临床治疗,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract
