摘要

节食后闭经病因病机主要包括气血不足、胃热阴虚2个方面,治疗上应遵循"慢养脾胃,血海自生"及"清热养阴"之法,前者主张慢养脾胃以恢复脾胃健运水谷之功能,脾胃健则水谷运、血海充,后者则以清胃热、养胃阴以改善脾胃腐熟水谷之功能,将水谷之精微转化为可以充养血海之营血阴精。结合女性月经周期审证求因、辨证施治、因势利导则月经下。同时基于该病特点,应在个体化治疗基础上重视心理疏导,同时做好养成良好饮食习惯及健康减重知识宣教,嘱咐患者起居有常、规律饮食或少食多餐、适当运动,助其建立信心,循序渐进,方能避免闭经、早衰或不孕等严重后果。
