摘要

便秘病位在大肠,但与五脏均有关系。其中肺与大肠相表里,经络上的络属决定了肺与大肠在生理病理上的紧密联系。肺为水之上源,肺疏布津液以润肠;肺主一身之气,肺宣发肃降以调大肠腑气。肺气虚则大肠推动无力;肺津亏则大肠燥而秘结;肺热盛则火移大肠耗伤津液;肺气不畅则大肠壅塞。故便秘可从肺辨治,通腑泻下不忘治肺,可从补肺气、养肺阴、清肺热、宣肺郁、降肺气等方面着手治疗以达到理肺通腑之效。
