摘要

目的观察益气养阴辅助通下法治疗老年急性单纯性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将60例老年急性肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组及对照组,各30例。2组均予常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组予口服新加黄龙汤加减治疗。观察2组首次排气排便时间、住院后前3天腹痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分、气阴两虚相关证候评分及不良反应。结果观察组及对照组分别脱落5例和4例。观察组首次排气、排便时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);住院第2天和第3天观察组腹痛NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组气阴两虚证候评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。试验期间2组均未发现相关不良反应。结论益气养阴辅助通下治疗较单纯西医治疗可以更早使肠道排气排便,缓解腹痛症状,改善气阴两虚症状。
