摘要

膏方作为中医传统剂型,以其润泽滋补之功效、宜于久服之特点而适于病情缠绵、日久难愈之脾胃病的调治。秦伯未先生临证善用膏方治疗脾胃病,重视脾胃的生理、病理特点及与其他脏腑的五行生克关系。研究发现,秦老调治脾胃病的膏方中,尤为注重肝脾、肝胃关系的调和,并依病机不同而有针对性地选取补肝、和肝、疏肝、清肝、温肝、镇肝等法。对于痞满、腹痛、便秘、泄泻等常见脾胃病证,秦老蕴调肝之法于理脾和胃之膏方中,或为其应用膏方调治脾胃病收效之关键。
