摘要

国医大师路志正认为,痛风多因脾肾亏虚、饮食不节及外邪侵袭所致,常见水湿内停、湿热痹阻、浊瘀互结等病机,临床诊治时,路志正教授强调应重视脾肾在痛风发病中的作用,从先后天之本入手,分期而论,重视内服与外洗并用。在痛风急性期以清肺理脾、祛湿化浊、凉血消肿为主,辅以补肾通络、疏风定痛等法,达到标本兼治效果。痛风慢性期则以健脾化湿、补肾通络、疏风定痛为主要治法,并重视患者生活调理,防止复发。
