摘要

阳痿是男科门诊中较为常见的性功能障碍,既可单独发病,也可合并糖尿病、心血管疾病等基础性疾病,使其病因病机趋于复杂化,不再以单一的肾虚、肝郁、血瘀为主。而肾虚血瘀等复合证型逐渐被众多医家重视,并以此为立法,遣方用药,收效显著。此型患者在肾虚的同时伴有血瘀的相关症状,如唇暗、舌有瘀点瘀斑、小腹时有刺痛感,或脉见结代,或合并心血管等疾病。治疗上明辨精、气、阴、阳之不足,施以对应的补益方法,并稍加活血化瘀药以通阳道,使宗筋得血液之荣,精微之养。基于补肾活血为主要治则,探讨肾虚血瘀型阳痿的诊治思路,以提高临床疗效。
