摘要

高血压性眩晕是指由于血压增高而引起的头目昏眩不适等症状。西医学常通过降压、改善循环、营养神经,以达到缓解眩晕症状的目的,然效果不尽相同。中医对于此病的治疗,讲求从整体的角度考虑其统一性和联系性,并以五脏为基,探求其本。本病病机繁杂,非单一致病因素所致,且五脏六腑皆令人眩,因此在治疗时应注重本病与各脏腑的关系,切勿顾此失彼。
