摘要

中医学认为不全流产以胎毒蕴热证、瘀热互结证、湿热瘀滞证为主,中医治疗应突出清热解毒,同时采用养血化瘀,或兼以利湿的方法,祛邪又兼顾流产后气血不足。通过病案举例观察血HCG下降至正常,及B超宫内残留物消失情况,说明清热解毒、养血化瘀法治疗有效,可以有效去除宫腔内残留的蜕膜和人绒毛膜组织,避免刮宫手术带来的损伤。
