摘要

生血宁片来源于中药蚕砂提取物,主要成分为铁叶绿酸钠和叶绿素衍生物,能够有效补充合成血红蛋白所需要的铁元素,直接参与人体血红蛋白的合成,其治疗癌性贫血的作用机制可能与抑制白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白等炎性介质的产生,抑制铁调素的高表达,调节铁代谢紊乱及抑制氧化应激反应等有关。对生血宁片治疗癌性贫血的研究进行概述,临床和实验研究证实了生血宁片治疗癌性贫血的有效性和科学性,为中医药防治癌性贫血提供了新思路。
