摘要

亚急性甲状腺炎是临床常见的疼痛性甲状腺疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。林兰教授是中西医结合内分泌疾病领域的奠基人,在治疗亚急性甲状腺炎方面具有丰富的临床经验,认为外感风热毒邪侵袭少阳为亚急性甲状腺炎的基本病机,临证以清热解毒、疏风散邪、和解少阳为基本治法,根据病情的动态演变分为早、中、后期进行辨治,适时灵活应用疏肝理气、化痰散结、活血化瘀、益气养阴、温补肾阳等法,同时中西药结合应用,并注重生活调摄,临床每获良效。
