摘要

心血管系统疾病是临床上常见的一类内科疾病,近年来越来越多医者提出从郁论治心血管疾病。气、血、痰、火、湿、食六郁,既属病理产物,又为致病因素,六者之间互为因果、相互影响,在心血管疾病的发生发展中起到关键作用,其中尤以气郁为甚。临床对于气血郁滞之胸痹的治疗应围绕疏肝理气、开郁散结、活血通络之法;对于由"郁"所致心悸的治疗,应分别以疏肝解郁定悸、和血解郁、涤痰解郁、发越郁热、补益心脾、祛湿解郁为法;对于由"郁"所致眩晕的治疗,重在疏肝理气解郁,随证辅之以化瘀化痰降火,补益脏气、调补气血,健脾祛湿、益气活血诸法。临床以"解诸郁"之越鞠丸加减治疗因郁而致各种心血管疾病,疗效显著。
