摘要

类风湿关节炎是一种常见的弥漫性结缔组织病,骨破坏、功能丧失是其影响患者生存质量的主要原因,而适当进行功能锻炼能减缓类风湿关节炎骨破坏的进展。从《医学入门》"逸则气滞"理论出发,分析类风湿关节炎的病变特点,治疗上可根据"逸则气滞"的特点指导类风湿关节炎的用药及调护,使脾升胃降、肝升肺降、郁热得清、痰饮瘀血得化,从而达到缓解症状、减缓病情进展的目的。
