摘要

"和法"是指通过既无太过、又无不及的治疗手段来调和身心矛盾,使其恢复到适度、协调、均势、健康状态的一种中医治法,在临床中用于慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的治疗,效如拔刺雪污。人体受乙型肝炎疫毒所侵,一身之脏腑气血、三焦六经皆为其所乱,渐成正虚邪恋、寒热错杂、痰湿瘀结、气血失和之局,病情复杂,缠绵难愈,正宜和法。基于"和法"从揆度病机,扶正解毒;祛湿化瘀,调和寒热;燮和气血,而致和平论治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎。
