摘要

《本草纲目》中有关脾胃病的验案共计91例,其中李时珍本人验案19例,涉及胃痛、吐酸、痞满、呕吐反胃、噎膈、呃逆、腹痛、泄泻等常见疾病,既有对先贤诊治脾胃病经验的总结,也有诊治脾胃病的独特思路,如从肾论治顽固性呃逆、久泻,从风论治水泻,从痰论治便秘等。通过对这些验案进行解析,可在一定程度上了解李时珍的用药方法和治疗经验,进一步加深对李时珍治疗脾胃病学术思想的认识,为临床治疗脾胃病提供依据。
