摘要

目的观察柴胡疏肝汤加味联合左乙拉西坦对癫痫患儿免疫功能、认知功能及氧化应激的影响。方法选择90例癫痫患儿,随机分为观察组、对照组,各45例。对照组患儿给予左乙拉西坦治疗,观察组在此组基础上给予柴胡疏肝汤加味治疗。观察2组疗效,同时比较治疗前后体液免疫氧化应激（SOD、MDA）、免疫功能（IgA、IgG、IgM）、细胞免疫（CD3,+,、CD4,+,、CD4,+,/CD8,+,）、认知功能（FIQ、PIQ、VIQ）等指标水平。结果观察组总有效率91.11%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义（P,<,0.05）。治疗后,观察组MDA低于对照组（P,<,0.01）;观察组SOD、IgA、IgG、CD3,+,、CD4,+,、CD4,+,/CD8,+,均高于对照组（P,<,0.01）;观察组FIQ、PIQ、VIQ得分均高于对照组（P,<,0.01）。结论柴胡疏肝汤加味联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫能显著改善患儿免疫功能、认知功能,减轻氧化应激反应,疗效确切。
