摘要

目的运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗跟痛症的选穴规律。方法检索建库至2020年9月30日中国知网、万方数据、维普数据库中针灸治疗跟痛症的临床研究文献,根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献并提取针灸处方,采用统计软件进行关联规则分析。结果共筛选提取出78组针灸处方,共计52个穴位,累计288频次。针灸治疗跟痛症使用频次前6位的穴位是太溪、昆仑、阿是、仆参、三阴交、照海;肾经、膀胱经是最常选取的经脉;特定穴主要选取五输穴、原穴、交会穴;穴位分布以下肢为主。主穴关联分析示核心穴对为"太溪-昆仑";主穴聚类分析示有:太溪-昆仑-阿是、仆参-照海-申脉-悬钟和其他穴位3大聚类。结论通过数据挖掘所得用穴及配伍规律,一定程度上可为跟痛症的临床治疗选穴提供参考。
