摘要

肺癌的西医分期与中医分期都体现了疾病的不同发展阶段,二者具有一定的联系。非小细胞肺癌的中医治疗以扶正祛邪为基本原则,结合西医分期,明确扶正与祛邪的关系,分早、中、晚期探讨其辨证和治疗,早期(Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期)邪实正存,以攻邪为主;中期(Ⅲ期)邪正交争,攻补兼施;晚期(Ⅳ期)正虚邪侵,扶正兼以攻邪。

Abstract
