摘要

程海英教授擅长针药结合治疗内科杂病,程教授认为肺、脾、肾三脏阳气不足是阳虚水泛型水肿发病的重要病因,治疗上针刺注重应用火针疗法温阳通络,善用特定穴,根据五行生克规律选用五腧穴调理肺、脾、肾之阳,且注重调神;汤药以真武汤合金匮肾气丸调整脏腑阴阳。针药结合,内外兼治,为临床医生提供了针药结合的水肿治疗思路。
