摘要

糖尿病足是糖尿病常见并发症之一,致残率高。传承燕京医学流派学术精华,守正创新,以提高糖尿病足临床疗效,具有重要临床意义。糖尿病足为消渴病日久,伤阴耗气,在正虚的情况下,络脉瘀结,加之外邪侵袭或内生毒邪所致。临床应重视并处理好防与治、中医与西医、内科与外科、内治与外治、整体与局部、治本与治标、温通与清热解毒治法等之间的关系,充分发挥中西医结合优势,有利于提升糖尿病足的临床疗效。
