摘要

中医外治法历史悠久,燕京医学流派医家应用中医外治技术治疗糖尿病足经验丰富。外治法包括中药外治疗法与手术疗法等,丰富多彩,各有其适应证,用之得宜,常有卓效。临床应用外治法治疗糖尿病足,首先应明辨临床分期,在辨证的基础上,选择针对性的治疗技术。同时,还应该强调中西医结合,旨在充分发挥外治技术优势,尽可能降低糖尿病足致残率。
