摘要

"和"思想是中国传统文化的精髓之一,在中医学领域得到了继承和发展。吴煜教授长期从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤的研究,认为恶性肿瘤最基本的病机是失"和",可概括为四个方面:"正邪失和"是恶性肿瘤发病之基本病机;"情志失和""饮食失和"是恶性肿瘤发病之诱因;"天人失和"是恶性肿瘤发病之外环境;"脏腑失和"是恶性肿瘤发病之具体体现。因此,复"和"是论治恶性肿瘤的基本大法,临床上提倡"合和法"(中西医结合、三辨相和)论治恶性肿瘤,逐步形成了基于"和"思想论治恶性肿瘤的学术思想,为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了新的临床治疗思路。
