摘要

李东垣"阴火论"始于《黄帝内经》"阴虚生内热"之文,脾胃虚损是阴火根本起源,相火之妄动是其本质,升降失调是其核心病机。室性期前收缩作为临床常见的心律失常之一,与"阴火论"因机证治密切相关,运用阴火理论代表方药补中益气汤、朱砂安神丸治疗室性期前收缩,方证结合已被证实。因此,从"阴火"角度辨治室性期前收缩为该病治疗提供了一种新的思路,具有一定临床指导意义。
