摘要

老年衰弱是老年医学关注的热点。中医古籍及近代文献认为衰弱的发生发展与五脏功能衰减、彼此协调作用失衡密切相关。通过梳理部分老年疾病与衰弱的关联,阐述老年衰弱的病因、病机及干预方法。在本研究团队前期对老年衰弱评估工作的基础上,初步提出立足于调和五脏的综合干预思路,以期为老年衰弱的防治提供借鉴。
