肩痛为脑卒中常见并发症,其疼痛、感觉异常及活动受限严重影响患者生活质量。经筋理论是中医针灸传统理论,以此理论指导中风后肩痛治疗,具有直达病所、舒筋通络、化瘀散结之功,可明显缓解疼痛、改善肩关节活动度、提高患者生活质量。
