摘要

慢性肾脏病相关水饮发病率较高,商陆为峻下逐水类中药材,可逐水消肿、通利二便、解毒散结,现代药理研究亦证实商陆不仅具有利尿作用,且具有免疫调节、降低蛋白尿的作用。通过系统回顾商陆治疗慢性肾脏病相关水饮的本草历史及现代药理研究,并附名医临床验案2则,以期提高临床医生对于商陆治疗慢性肾脏病相关水饮的重视。
