摘要

目的探讨冠心病患者凝血检验相关指标与血瘀证的关系。方法选择2019年9月—2020年9月在我院就诊的冠心病患者120例,其中血瘀证组60例、非血瘀证组60例。抽取患者空腹静脉血检测部分活化凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血小板P选择素(CD62P)、CD41a指标,比较2组患者凝血相关指标的差异性。结果血瘀证组APTT、PT、AT-Ⅲ指标均明显低于非血瘀证组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血瘀证组FDP、Fbg、D-二聚体均明显高于非血瘀证组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血瘀证组CD62P、CD41a均明显高于非血瘀证组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血检验相关指标可作为冠心病血瘀证与非血瘀证中医辨证分型的客观指标。

Abstract
