摘要

目的系统评价六字诀对于肺系疾病患者肺功能康复、运动耐量和生活质量的影响。方法检索自建库至2020年1月中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed和Cochrane Library数据库中关于六字诀治疗肺系疾病的相关文献,通过RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入15篇RCT文献,共计1 157例患者。Meta分析显示:与对照组相比,治疗后六字诀明显增加了患者6 min步行距离水平[MD=14.60,95%CI(9.93,19.27)]、第1秒用力呼气容积[MD=0.22,95%CI(0.15,0.29)]、提升了患者生活质量[MD=-10.33,95%CI(-12.89,-7.77)]。结论六字诀能改善肺系疾病患者肺功能、运动耐量,提高其生活质量。
