摘要

<正>原发性膜性肾病(primary membrane nephropathy,PMN)是一种肾脏特异的自身免疫性肾小球疾病,为非糖尿病成人肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)最常见的病因。为探讨中西医结合治疗难治性膜性肾病的治疗思路,特分享难治性膜性肾病合并急性肺栓塞医案1例,并做简要分析如下。
