<正>呃逆,相当于西医学中的膈肌痉挛[1],与膈肌结构和功能的异常改变密切相关,是膈肌间歇性不自主痉挛收缩,空气随之迅速进入呼吸道,声门短暂关闭,声带振动而发出短促响亮声音的一种疾病。呃逆持续时间超过48 h则称为顽固性呃逆[2]。呃逆一般无严重不适,且可自愈,但顽固性呃逆则可致患者饮食困难、精神萎靡,加重原发疾病或导致其他疾病,引起睡眠障碍、
