摘要

目的,2,观察润肌丹油治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。,方法,2,选取糖尿病足溃疡患者60例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，经基础治疗、常规外科清创后，观察组给予润肌丹油纱条换药，对照组给予康复新液纱条换药，2组均以7 d为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、创面面积、踝肱指数以及外周血WBC、CRP水平变化，观察临床总有效率。,结果,2,观察组临床总有效率为86.67 %，对照组为73.33 %，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。自治疗第7天开始，2组中医证候积分、创面面积均较治疗前降低；观察组降低更显著，治疗后各时间点均低于对照组，治疗28 d后创面面积缩小率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。自治疗第7天开始，2组外周血WBC、CRP水平均较治疗前降低，观察组降低更明显，自治疗第21天开始，2组差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。治疗前后2组踝肱指数差异均无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05），治疗28 d后2组踝肱指数均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,润肌丹油治疗糖尿病足溃疡能够加速创面愈合，有良好的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective,2,To observe the clinical efficacy of Runjidan Oil in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.,Methods,2,A Total of 60 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group （30 cases each）. After basic treatment and conventional surgical debridement， the observation group was treated with Runjidan Oil gauze for dressing， while the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid gauze for dressing. The two groups were treated with 7 days as one course of treatment， and a total of 4 courses were observed. The changes of TCM syndrome score， wound area， ankle-brachial index， WBC and CRP values in peripheral blood of two groups before and after treatment were compared， and the total clinical effective rate was observed.,Results,2,The total clinical effective rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （,P,<,0.05）.Since the 7th day of treatment， TCM syndrome score and wound area in both groups were lowered than before treatment.The reduction in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group at all time points after treatment， and the wound area reduction rate was higher than that in the control group at 28 days after treatment， the differences were all statistically significant （,P,<,0.05）. Since the 7th day of treatment， the levels of WBC and CRP in peripheral blood of both groups were lower than before， and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group. Since the 21st day of treatment， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （,P,<,0.05）.There was no significant difference in ankle-brachial index between the two groups before and after treatment （,P,>,0.05）， the ankle-brachial index in both groups were decreased after 28 days of treatment， and the difference was statistically significant （,P,<,0.05）.,Conclusion,2,Runjidan Oil when used in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer can accelerate the healing of the wound and has a good clinical effect.
