摘要

目的,2,观察参元益气活血胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤（MIRI）的影响。,方法,2,SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、复方丹参片1.26 g/kg（对照组）和参元益气活血胶囊低（1.08 g/kg）、中（2.16 g/kg）、高（4.31 g/kg）剂量组。采用大鼠结扎冠状动脉左前降支30 min，再灌注120 min制备MIRI模型，测定血清AST、LDH、CK-MB、CK、Na,+,-K,+,-ATPase、Ca,2+,-Mg,2+,-ATPase、PGI2、TX-A2、SOD、MDA水平。,结果,2,与模型组比较，参元益气活血胶囊高剂量组可明显抑制血清中AST、CK、LDH、TX-A2、MDA的释放，提高Na,+,-K,+,-ATPase、Ca,2+,-Mg,2+,-ATPase、PGI2、SOD活力（,P,<,0.01，,P,<,0.05）；参元益气活血胶囊中剂量组可明显抑制血清中CK、LDH的释放，提高SOD活力（,P,<,0.01，,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,参元益气活血胶囊对MIRI大鼠心肌具有保护作用。

Abstract

Objective,2,To observe the effect of Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Capsule on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury （MIRI） in rats .,Methods,2,SD rats were randomly divided into sham，model, Compound Danshen Tablet 1.26 g/kg (control group) and Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Capsule groups of low dosage 1.08 g/kg， medium dosage 2.16 g/kg，and large dosage 4.31 g/kg. The MIRI model was established by the ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery 30 min and the release 120 min in rats. Serum AST, LDH,CK-MB, CK, Na,+,-K,+,-ATPase, Ca,2+,-Mg,2+,-ATPase, PGI2, TX-A2, SOD, MDA were measured.,Results,2,Compared with the model group， Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Capsule group of high dosage can significantly inhibit serum AST, CK, LDH, TX-A2 and MDA content， improve Na,+,-K,+,-ATPase, Ca,2+,-Mg,2+,-ATPase, PGI2 and SOD activity（,P,<,0.01，,P,<,0.05）；medium group can inhibit serum CK and LDH content， improve SOD activity （,P,<,0.01，,P,<,0.05).,Conclusion,2,Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Capsule has a protective effect on MIRI myocardium in rats.
