摘要

王麟鹏教授创立“针刺逐邪”治法，应用于多种疾病。紧张型头痛为气郁、瘀血、湿浊等内生邪气痹阻经脉，清窍不利所致。对于该病的治疗，针刺逐邪应根据病邪性质、邪气羁留经络等不同，依据穴位的特性选择逐郁、逐瘀、逐湿方穴；根据头痛部位辨别痹阻经脉，循经远近配合取穴，同时注重扶正安神。在针刺方法上，头部多为帽状腱膜下针刺法和火针点刺法，远端逐郁以透刺针法为主。
