摘要

“五脏苦欲补泻”理论源自《素问·藏气法时论篇》，是以藏象为基础，以五行生克为原则，依据脏腑的生理、病理特性，对脏腑的气血阴阳进行调整而形成的指导临床遣方用药的法则。长期临床实践发现，采用五脏苦欲补泻理论治疗心身疾病，每获良效。结合临床案例，说明心肝苦欲补泻的理论内涵和应用思路，并指出酸味药在不同疾病的理法方药中起不同作用的机理。
