摘要

血瘀证广泛存在于肾脏病中，血行失度、血脉不利、久病入络、离经之血、恶血衃血均为瘀血；究其病因，或因禀赋有异，或因饮食起居失常，或因年老体衰、久病失治等；病机变化，可归于因虚致瘀和因实致瘀两端。临床治疗以“活血化瘀”为主要治则，随症进行辨证治疗，化瘀与养气血、调升降、行水、清解合用，在肾脏病治疗中取得了很好的临床疗效。
