摘要

表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（EGFR-TKI）是治疗非小细胞肺癌的重要手段，而耐药的发生是限制其疗效的主要原因。痰瘀与肺癌发生发展关系密切，可能是EGFR-TKI耐药形成的主要机制之一；活血化痰法可能从减轻不良反应，延长药物干预时间窗，增加EGFR-TKI敏感性，延缓EGFR-TKI耐药发生等方面发挥作用。
